HATHA STRONG

A 60 minute practice involving a gentle hatha warm up and strengthening isometric holds.

Build Strength in Stillness

Typical Structure*:

Props: 2 Blocks

Warm Up, Standing Poses, Balance, Backbends, Inversions, Cooldown

TAROT + FLOW

Thursdays at 7pm Central

Set your intentions with a 15 minute Collective Tarot reading followed by a 45 minute practice involving a sequence with flows or vinyasa.

Props: 2 Blocks

Warm up, Sun Salutation A, Flow B (a flow sequence including standing, balances, and backbends), Cooldown

MEDITATE + RESTORE

Sundays at 7pm Central

A 60 minute practice that focuses on turning inward while settling into supported poses. Typically uses props such as blocks, bolsters or cushions, and blankets. Feels like a hug.

Reset and Restore

Typical Structure*:

Props: 2 Blocks, Bolster, Blanket

Gentle Warm Up, Child’s Pose, 7 Restorative Postures (typically held for 5 minutes), Savasana, 10 Minute Guided Meditation
